RIGHT TO RETURN & REPAIR:

In any case, in order for the return of the product to be possible, the following must be: 1. the product to be returned must be in the received condition, ie it must be complete, without damage, it must not have been used, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product including all labels / tabs, necessary accompanying documents, instructions, etc., 2. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.).

If the above conditions are not met, the product will not  be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS FROM OUR COMPANY: 

In case a product is purchased at the same time from the physical and the online store and the product has already been sold out in the online store, the customer who has made the online purchase is notified immediately and the amount he paid is returned immediately from the company in his bank account.

Products can be returned:

In all cases, in which by mistake of the Company (eg error in ordering, shipping, etc.) were sent products that you did not order, which you received in good faith. The return of non-ordered items must be made within five (5) days of receipt, otherwise the Company is not obliged to resubmit the original order. If the return / replacement is due to a proven error of the Company, the shipping costs of the new product or refund will be borne by the Company.
In case of delivery of a defective product, then you can request its replacement with another one or the refund of your money. If the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs of the new product or refund will be borne by the Company. It is pointed out that the Company is liable for compensation in case of lack of agreed property or existence of a real defect if this has been caused by its fault according to the provisions of articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.

iii. In case you want to change the product with another or change the size. Within 7 days of receipt of the product you have the option to change the product you received at another value equal to the price you have already paid or at an additional price if you wish. Please note that any damage to the product when it is returned to us is the sole responsibility of you. In addition, it is not possible to change the products on offer.

Note that the customer is charged with the shipping costs of the new order , contact the company at +30 6981364144 to inform you about the courier company through which you must send the product to be returned in order for the above charge to apply.

Note that the return of a product can only be at the expense of the customer. Exempted the case of a defective product,when the return of the product will be at the expense of our company.

In case you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal from the transaction.

You have the right to return the product without justification and to request the payment of the price you paid within 7  days from the receipt of the product under Law 2251/1994. The receipt is the day you or a third part you indicated acquired the physical possession of the products. In case you bought more products with the same order which were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by submitting the corresponding withdrawal form that you will find here or another document with corresponding content and submit it electronically to the email info@marmelboutique.gr. After sending the relevant form, the Company will notify you immediately by e-mail of the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us and specifically to the address Sofokli Venizelou 8, Ag. Nikolaos 721 00, Greece in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and within the same deadline we are obliged to return to you the amount of the product that you have paid us, by putting the amount on bank account.

We may withhold the return of the amounts you have paid us until we receive the product to be returned or until you provide us with clear and indisputable evidence that you have sent it safely (whichever comes first).
